Dave Motioned unanimously approved
Now comes (Mark Ferrell) and/for (Mr. Spark) of (Old Country Rd), Holland MA 01521
for the purpose obtaining a well permit 061014-3 issued Mark attests new will more than
100 ft from any SAS. Tanks will be more than 65 ft from well.
Dana motioned Ken Seconded unanimously approved.
Lauren Barker 17 Lakeridge Drive. Came in to have the pink sheet Dave signed yellow
sheet - construction approved with existing septic system. LeBlanc did Title V inspection
and water test - no problems.
Matthew Stewart Lot 1.8 Vinton came in for copy of perk test (board has not info).
